Once we have confirmed your order, you will receive an electronic confirmation to the e-mail address you provided when placing your order. The confirmation also serves as a receipt for completed purchase. Therefore, please ensure you enter the correct e-mail address.
We offer secure payment by credit or debit card managed by PaysonCheckout2.0. Payson AB is a payment institution licensed under the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority to provide payment services.
Pay with your Visa or MasterCard. Payson also collaborate with all Swedish financial institutions that offer direct payment services, i.e. Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB, Nordea, and Danske Bank. All prices on the Swedish page are shown in SEK and include 25% VAT. All international prices are shown in EUR and include VAT according to the applicable rates.
If an order is shipped to a non-EU country, import duties and taxes may apply. These are subsequently paid by you as a customer in the country we delivered to. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.
Our deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal service.
Deliveries within Sweden takes 1-3 days, excluding public holidays.
Standard delivery time in Europe is 7-10 days, excluding public holidays. The delivery time may differ between countries.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
To make an exchange or return, contact us within 14 days from the day you recieve your items. The products should be unused and returned in their original packaging.
For returns and exchanges follow these steps:
1. Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to recieve your exchange/return number.
2. Pack and secure your items in the original packing. Print or write down your return number.
3. Send the goods to the address you recieve along with your return number. Goods are returned at your own expense, except if the goods are defective or if we have packed improperly.
The amount will be refunded as soon as we receive the goods in return, but no later than 30 days after we have recieved the goods.
If a product is defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:email@example.com.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.
Product images are intended to reflect the product as closely as possible. We cannot guarantee that the colors shown accurately reflect the colors the product has in reality. How the colors are displayed depends also on screen settings.
We reserve the right to reject claims caused by printing errors, stock errors and force majeure.
